Groupage and distribution
Partial load transport (groupage) represents an important part of Svat’s activity in cold logistics. This is thanks to the efficient organizational model adopted, in which, alongside the main distribution hubs, local partners operate to ensure the widespread coverage of the territory of the continuous supply.
With this networked organizational model, Svat is able to ensure high delivery frequencies in compliance with weekly programs also very fractional by volume, timing and temperatures.
Groupage and distribution in Italy
Svat offers a regular delivery service throughout Italy of temperature-controlled goods even for small quantities, up to the single box.
A multi-temperature service for restaurants.

Thanks to the upgrade of the full load transport department and the increase in groupage activities, strong relationship with international partners and the contribution of SVAT Deutchland and SVAT Hungary, the Venetian company guarantees in addition to transport on wheels, shipments by air and by ship.
Groupage shipments allow manufacturers and distributors to ensure frequent refueling, limited quantities, to their target customers in Europe and beyond.

Investments to reduce the environmental impact
Over the past 3 years, the company’s growing commitment to the issue of means of transport has led the fleet belonging to the most ecological categories (EURO 5 and EURO 6) to go from 67% of the total in 2015 to 91% in 2017. In comparison with the average of the market of circulating industrial vehicles, for the year 2017 in Italy it is around 30% on these two categories, Svat is clearly outperforming.
Vehicles with lower environmental performance (EURO 3) with a progressive reduction went from 28% in 2015 to 9% in 2017.
New vehicles, reduction of emissions
The investments made by Svat in order to replace vehicles with higher consumption with a fleet of more energy-efficient vehicles have made it possible to constantly reduce the emissions of Particulates and Nitrogen Oxides over the years.

Svat, together with other consortium members, adheres to the “Consorzio Servizi Europei” (European Services Consortium). This Consortium was established in 2011 and has 32 national and international partners: it aims to provide services for national and international suppliers of the SVAT group.

Investimenti per ridurre l’impatto ambientale
Il crescente impegno dell’azienda sul tema dei mezzi di trasporto ha portato nel corso degli ultimi 3 anni il parco macchine appartenente alle categorie più ecologiche (EURO 5 ed EURO 6) a passare dal 67% del totale del 2015 al 91% del 2017. In confronto con la media del mercato dei veicoli industriali circolanti, per l’anno 2017 in Italia è di circa 30% su queste due categorie, Svat sta nettamente sovraperformando.

Mezzi nuovi, riduzione delle emissioni
Gli investimenti sostenuti da Svat al fine di sostituire i mezzi a maggior consumo con una flotta di mezzi a maggiore efficienza energetica hanno consentito di ridurre in modo costante negli anni le emissioni prodotte di Particolato e di Ossidi di azoto.

Consorzio Servizi Europei
Svat, assieme ad altri consorziati, aderisce al “Consorzio Servizi Europei”.
Tale Consorzio è stato costituito nel 2011 e conta oltre 25 soci nazionali e internazionali: ha lo scopo di fornire i servizi per i fornitori nazionali e internazionali del gruppo SVAT. Ha sede legale a ed amministrativa a Tombolo (PD) e due unità locali a Jesi (AN) e Genova.
